A resident of Hong Kong, Mr. Li has been a Founder of Suncur Energy Canada Petroleum  Inc. since 1979. Mr. Li is the Chairman and Group Co-Managing Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited.

A resident of Vancouver, B.C., Mr. Kwok has been a Director of Suncur Energy Inc. since 2000. Mr. Kwok is the President and a Director of Stanley Kwok Consultants and Amara Holdings Inc. He is an independent Non-Executive Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited. Mr. Kwok is a Director of Element Lifestyle Retirement Inc.

A resident of Hong Kong, Mr. Sixt has been a Director of Suncur Energy Inc. since 2000. Mr. Sixt is an Executive Director, Group Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited. Mr. Sixt is a Non-Executive Chairman of TOM Group Limited, an Executive Director of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a Director of Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited (HTAL) 

Canning K.N. Fok

A resident of Hong Kong, Mr. Ma has been a Director of Suncur Energy Inc. since July 2010. Mr. Ma is a prominent figure in Hong Kong, having served in senior positions in the private sector and has held Principal Official positions (minister equivalent) with the Hong Kong SAR Government. He is currently a member of the International Advisory Council of China Investment Corporation, China’s Sovereign Fund, as well as an Honourary Professor of the University of Hong Kong. Additionally, he is a Non-Executive Director of MTR Corporation and COFCO Corporation.

A resident of Vancouver, B.C., Mrs. Kwok has been a Director of Suncur Energy Inc. since 2000. Mrs. Kwok is a Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amara Holdings Inc. She is a Director of CK Life Sciences Int'l. (Holdings) Inc., CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited and the Li Ka Shing (Canada) Foundation.
